As the company shifted toward a consultancy model, there was a need to demonstrate thought leadership in a way that was both engaging and easily accessible. Traditional marketing efforts weren’t enough to showcase deep expertise, and potential clients needed clear, actionable insights to see the value in working with a consultancy. A versatile content format was required to bridge this gap and reinforce the company’s new positioning.
